Sankuruthi Engineering Works ensure that our productions are continuously monitored and our Patterns & Dies quality's
improved in day to day productions. Our company manufacturing process includes, Jobwork Analysation,Product Sample Preparations,
Customer Approval, Quality Functional CNC-Programming, Manual Work - Touch-up & Delivery Processes.
The Quality Control team (Q.C) initiated the process by thickness & desired width, condition of Aluminium / Cast-Iron or Wood Patterns and Gravity / Investment Dies or Prototype Components. The designer team helps to visualize the design of the components and 3D-Views developments. After to planning Process, the CNC-Codings for the desired Patterns / Dies manufacturing measurements.Once the sample ready, after to customers approval, the productions / Job Works can be initiated. The Completed Productions Inspections confirms the product or tools finished with desired Quality specifications. The Inspection results are recorded with Q.C team Daily Reports. Each & every Patterns / Dies Quality Assurance inspected by piece to piece measurements with Quality.
